Proposed organisational guidelines to follow
Here are the guidelines for student registration and admission:
- Accuracy of Information: Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is crucial. Any misleading or false information provided will result in the withdrawal of the student’s candidature without refund of fees.
- Qualifying Standards: All necessary information regarding qualifying standards and admission procedures is available on the university website. Students must familiarise themselves with these requirements before starting the admission process.
- Prerequisites Confirmation: Before completing the admissions process, students must confirm that they meet the prerequisites for the program they wish to enroll in, using the data provided during registration.
- Documentation: During online enrollment, candidates must have the required documentation available in the specified scanning format as outlined on the website.
- Recognized Qualifications: Candidates must hold qualifications and degrees from recognized universities.
- Fee Payment: On the day of counselling, candidates are required to pay the fee. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or non-completion of admission.
- Program Requirements: Students must ensure they meet all requirements for the program they wish to register for.
- Fee Payment Method: Fee payment method and plan can only be selected at the time of admission.
- Post-Dated Checks: In most cases, post-dated checks must be included with the admission form for future payments.
- Verification Process: Before the admissions process can commence, submitted fees and documentation must be verified by the admissions team.
- Enrollment Number: Once all submitted fees and documentation have been verified, an enrollment number will be generated.
- Completion of Admission: The admissions process is considered complete once the university has generated the enrollment/registration number.
